My wife and I are relocating from Berkeley, California and we came to Carolyn with a difficult and extensive list of requirements. These included a one-level floorplan, at least 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, fairly new, no tract housing, level terrain, quiet neighborhood, privacy from neighbors, a good view, gas stove, double ovens, and hardwood floors,. Add to this accommodation for my disability and you have the buyers from hell.

Keeping in mind that all our contacts were via telephone Carolyn presented lot of potential properties over 4 months. And, when we finally found “our” house, it turned out to be a short sale, a process truly designed by evil bureaucrats.

Carolyn patiently guided us through the short sale process and endured our frequent haranguing about it. We wound up closing on the last day before foreclosure, but we closed successfully and now we have a great house.

During the 79 day short sale process Carolyn was our very busy single point of contact among us, the loan manager, the seller’s agent, and a non-communicative seller. She transmitted and received an endless number of amendments and also arranged inspections, put us in touch with services, and furnished contractor references. And now that we’ve closed Carolyn has made it clear that she’s with us throughout the renovations we’re doing and until we physically move into our new house.
